So to bring the idea from concept to reality, Prismic Reflections was assigned to design its primary touch-point – the website. During the initial Discovery phase, it was identified that the targeted users are spread in the wide age group of 30 to 65 yrs who are looking for flexibility beyond the gym. Also, those who are suffering from chronic illnesses or occupational diseases, considering the current stressful lifestyles and Covid scenarios. To start with, the targeted users are premium class audiences from India, Hong Kong, Singapore, and the rest to follow.

Collective Success by Design!

And after an effort of 1.5 months, the website was finally made live. Just within 2 weeks of its launch, Flexifyme was able to achieve 50+ Registrations for Free Sessions & 20+ Subscriptions for paid 1-on-1 sessions.

The journey has just started and our team is closely working with founders of flexifyme.com to uplift the user experience based on qualitative & quantitative data we received from early user testing and analytics.
